Yes! Every single Pluto’s Pet Supplies treat is handmade in small batches. We carefully mix, shape, and bake each recipe by hand — no factory lines or fillers, just real ingredients made with care.

Our treats are dehydrated for a longer shelf life and sealed with a food-grade desiccant to keep them fresh. Best Before dates are clearly printed, but most treats stay fresh for up to 4 months unopened. Once opened, store in a cool, dry place and reseal after each use.

Each product has a full ingredient list on the back label and online. We never use fillers, artificial flavours, or preservatives. However, we do make all treats in the same kitchen, which may handle allergens like peanuts, wheat, and soy — so please check carefully or contact us with any concerns.

We can’t accept returns on opened food items for safety reasons, but we want every customer to be happy. If your dog doesn’t enjoy something, get in touch — we’ll always try to make it right.

We currently ship across the UK. Orders are typically dispatched within 3–5 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email and tracking details once your order ships.

Yes — we take sustainability seriously. Our treats are packaged in kraft paper pouches, sealed inside recyclable cardboard boxes, and cushioned with biodegradable wood wool. We’re committed to reducing waste wherever possible while keeping your dog’s treats safe and fresh.
