2. Returns & Refunds Policy

We strive to provide high-quality products, but if you're not completely satisfied, please review our returns and refunds policy below:

  • Returns:

    • We accept returns only for unused, non-consumable products (e.g., Pluto's Tennis Ball) within 14 days of purchase, at the customer's expense. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

    • Consumable products, such as dog treats, are non-returnable due to health and safety reasons.

  • Refunds & Exchanges:

    • Refunds or exchanges are only provided for defective products due to our fault, such as incorrect items sent or manufacturing defects.

    • We do not offer refunds or exchanges for treats that may break during transport, as this is outside of our control.

    • Refunds will be processed within 30 days of receiving the returned item.

3. Shipping Policy

  • Orders are shipped via Royal Mail with an estimated delivery time of 3-5 working days.

  • We charge a flat shipping fee, which will be calculated at checkout.

  • Pluto’s Pet Supplies ships within the UK only; we do not currently offer international shipping.

  • If your order is delayed, please contact us, and we will assist you in tracking your parcel.

4. Product Disclaimers

At Pluto’s Pet Supplies, our products are carefully crafted using high-quality ingredients. However, please note the following:

  • Our treats contain natural ingredients such as turmeric, spirulina, coconut oil, blueberry powder, and beetroot powder, which may not be suitable for all dogs. Always check the ingredient list before feeding.

  • Our products are made in a kitchen that handles all common allergens, including but not limited to nuts, dairy, eggs, and gluten.

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring their dog does not have any allergies or intolerances before consumption.

Supervision Notice:

  • All products, including treats and toys, should be used under supervision to ensure your pet's safety. Discontinue use if any damage occurs.
